1. Michael Murray

 
 

Michael Murray, a high school freshman from Lake Oswego, launched a hunger-fighting nonprofit when he was in sixth grade.  Learn more about this incredible effort and its impact by reading these stories by Pamplin Media Group , KPTV, and Spirit Prudential.

 

It all started, Murray says, with a simple goal.

“You see a homeless person, and you look the other way," Murray told The Review in January 2015. "We want to change that.

2. SASEE Scholarship Winners
